By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a payment, approving a project, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

02 Our Services

WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES provides digital and technology-related services, which may include:

• Website design and development
• WordPress website development and customization
• Shopify website development and customization
• E-commerce development
• Website redesign and maintenance
• Website transfer and migration
• Domain and hosting assistance
• Email configuration and migration assistance
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing and performance marketing
• Custom software and web application development
• Other services agreed upon with the client

The exact services included in a project shall be determined by the approved quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.

03 Project Scope

Each project is undertaken according to the agreed scope of work. The scope may include specific pages, features, integrations, designs, functionality, revisions, or deliverables.

Any functionality or requirement not specifically included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may be subject to additional charges and delivery time.

04 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website development and other project-based services may require an advance payment before work begins.

Our standard project payment structure may include 50% advance payment and the remaining amount upon completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.

• Advance payments confirm project commencement.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Outstanding invoices must be cleared within the agreed due date.
• Overdue payments may result in suspension of work or support.
• Third-party expenses may be payable separately.
• Applicable taxes or government charges may be added where required.

05 Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included in a project shall depend on the agreed quotation or scope of work.

A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing approved design or functionality. A completely new design, new page, new feature, change of project direction, or substantial modification may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may require additional charges and may extend the original delivery timeline.

06 Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are based on the agreed scope and timely cooperation from the client.

Delays caused by late content, missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable credentials, third-party issues, change requests, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend the project timeline.

A project may be temporarily placed on hold when the required client information, approvals, materials, or payments are not provided within a reasonable period.

07 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for project completion.

• Providing website content, images, logos, and required materials
• Providing accurate business information
• Providing necessary domain, hosting, or platform access
• Reviewing and approving submitted work
• Providing timely feedback
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring that provided content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights

08 Third-Party Services

Projects may require third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, themes, APIs, software platforms, email providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other external services.

The availability, pricing, performance, security, functionality, policies, or continued operation of such third-party services is outside our direct control.

Third-party subscription, license, renewal, or usage charges are generally the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

09 Content & Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, videos, documents, trademarks, logos, and other materials supplied to us are legally authorized for use.

WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES shall not be responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

10 Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of all outstanding payments relating to a project, the agreed final deliverables may be transferred to the client according to the project agreement.

Unless specifically transferred or licensed, third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts, libraries, frameworks, APIs, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

Unpaid projects, draft concepts, unused designs, internal development materials, proprietary tools, reusable code components, and development methodologies may remain the property of WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11 Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information shared for the purpose of providing services.

Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized parties except where required to provide the agreed services, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate business interests.

12 Suspension & Termination

Either party may request termination of a project or service subject to the applicable agreement and outstanding obligations.

We may suspend or terminate services where there is:

• Non-payment or substantially overdue payment
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized use of our services
• Repeated failure to provide required project information
• Material violation of these Terms & Conditions

Termination does not automatically cancel amounts already due for completed work or approved services.

13 Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and according to the agreed scope. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, or other external systems.

We shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party outages, server failures, domain expiry, unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials, malware introduced through external systems, or client-provided materials.

14 Refunds & Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments for completed work, third-party services, domain registrations, hosting, premium licenses, advertising expenditure, or other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Cancellation of a project after work has commenced may result in charges for work already completed and costs already incurred.

15 Changes to These Terms

WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of our website and services, subject to applicable agreements and law.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between the parties.
