This policy defines the general process, payment obligations, project timelines, client responsibilities, development workflow, approvals, revisions, and completion requirements for website development projects undertaken by WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES.

Effective Date: 16 September 2026

Clear Timelines. Clear Responsibilities. Clear Payments.

WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES is committed to completing website development projects within the timeframe agreed with the client. At the same time, clients are expected to provide the required information, content, approvals, access, and payments according to the agreed schedule.

01 Project Engagement

A website development project is considered confirmed when the client accepts the quotation, proposal, scope of work, invoice, or other written project confirmation and completes the required initial payment.

Once the project has been confirmed, the development schedule and payment schedule will apply according to the agreed terms.

02 Project Scope

The website will be developed according to the scope agreed at the beginning of the project.

The agreed scope may include website pages, design, responsive development, forms, content integration, e-commerce functionality, integrations, platform configuration, and other specifically listed services.

Any new feature, additional page, new functionality, redesign, integration, or requirement outside the approved scope may be considered additional work and may attract additional charges.

03 Project Timeframe

WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES will make reasonable efforts to complete the website within the timeframe communicated and agreed with the client.

The agreed timeframe is based on the project scope, required resources, availability of information, client cooperation, and third-party dependencies.

The project timeframe does not change or cancel the client's agreed payment obligations.

04 Project Commencement

Development generally begins after receipt of the required advance payment and the essential information necessary to start the project.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Company and business information
  • Logo and branding materials
  • Website content
  • Images and videos
  • Domain and hosting access
  • Existing website credentials
  • Third-party account access
  • Design references and requirements

05 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website development projects generally follow the payment structure below:

Initial Payment

50% Advance

The agreed advance payment is required before project development begins.

Final / Milestone Payment

Remaining Balance

The remaining amount is payable according to the agreed project milestone or payment date.

Payment obligations are independent of the client's internal approval process, content preparation, business decisions, or other internal delays unless otherwise agreed in writing.

06 Client Delay & Payment Obligations

If development is delayed because the client has not provided required content, information, credentials, feedback, approvals, decisions, images, or other necessary materials, the agreed payment schedule will continue to apply.

A delay caused by the client does not automatically postpone, cancel, or waive a payment that has already become due under the agreed payment schedule.

Important: If a project is delayed due to the client's pending content, approval, information, access, or decision, any payment that becomes due during that period must still be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule.

07 Development Continuation During Client Delay

Where reasonably possible, WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES will continue development using the information, content, approvals, and resources already available.

If one part of the project is waiting for client input, work on other available sections may continue so that the project can progress without unnecessary interruption.

Once the pending information or approval is received, the relevant portion of the development will continue.

Payment & Development Are Separate Obligations

Client-side delays may affect the completion of specific tasks, but they do not automatically stop the payment schedule. Development will continue wherever reasonably possible.

08 Content & Materials

The client is responsible for providing the content and materials required for the project within the agreed or reasonably requested timeframe.

  • Website text and business information
  • Images and videos
  • Company logo and brand assets
  • Product and service information
  • Pricing and contact information
  • Legal pages and business policies
  • Required login credentials and access

Failure to provide required materials may affect the project completion date, but will not automatically suspend applicable payment obligations.

09 Revisions

Revisions will be provided according to the number and type specified in the approved quotation or project scope.

A revision generally means a reasonable modification to an existing design or functionality.

Major changes such as a completely new design, restructuring of approved pages, additional pages, new functionality, or a change in project direction may be considered additional work.

10 Additional Work & Change Requests

Any requirement outside the original approved scope will be reviewed separately.

Additional work may require an additional quotation, additional payment, and additional development time.

Additional requests should not be assumed to be included in the original project price unless specifically confirmed by WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES.

11 Client Communication

Clients are expected to remain reasonably available throughout the project for questions, decisions, approvals, and required information.

Communication delays may affect the sequence and timing of development activities.

Wherever possible, project-related instructions, approvals, and changes should be provided through written communication.

12 Approval & Feedback

The client is responsible for reviewing designs, pages, content, and functionality and providing feedback within a reasonable period.

Delayed approval may affect the project sequence and completion date.

Approval of a design or completed section confirms that the client has accepted that stage for further development.

13 Testing & Quality Check

Reasonable testing will be performed based on the agreed project scope before launch or final handover.

  • Responsive layout checks
  • Navigation and link checks
  • Forms and basic functionality
  • Browser compatibility checks
  • Basic website performance checks
  • Basic e-commerce functionality where applicable

Testing cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, browser version, plugin, extension, or third-party service.

14 Website Launch

The website will be prepared for launch after the agreed development work has been completed and the required client approvals and technical access are available.

Domain, hosting, DNS, SSL, email, third-party integrations, and other external services may affect the launch process.

15 Final Handover

Final website files, access credentials, source files, or other agreed deliverables will be handed over according to the project agreement.

Final handover of the agreed project deliverables is subject to clearance of all outstanding payments related to the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16 Overdue Payments

All invoices and payments must be cleared within the agreed payment period.

If a payment becomes overdue, WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES may temporarily suspend services, development, support, access-related assistance, or other project activities until the outstanding amount is cleared.

  • Overdue payments remain payable.
  • Payment reminders may be issued.
  • Development or support may be paused where necessary.
  • Project delivery may be affected by prolonged non-payment.
  • Final handover may be withheld until applicable dues are cleared.

17 Project Hold

A project may be placed on hold if the client specifically requests a hold or if required information, access, approvals, or payments are unavailable for an extended period.

Any payment that became due before or during the applicable payment schedule remains payable even if the project is temporarily on hold.

When a project resumes after an extended hold, the timeline may need to be reassessed based on current workload, technical conditions, third-party changes, and remaining scope.

18 Project Cancellation

If the client requests cancellation after development has commenced, the client remains responsible for applicable charges relating to work completed, resources allocated, and non-recoverable expenses.

Any refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the company's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations for work already completed or services already provided.

19 Third-Party Dependencies

Some website projects depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, themes, software platforms, email providers, and other external systems.

Delays, outages, restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes, account issues, or technical limitations caused by third-party providers may affect development or launch.

Such third-party circumstances do not automatically cancel the client's agreed payment obligations for services already provided or milestones already reached.

20 Post-Launch Support

Post-launch support, maintenance, updates, security assistance, content changes, and technical support will depend on the support or maintenance package agreed with the client.

New features, additional pages, major modifications, third-party changes, or ongoing maintenance not included in the original scope may be charged separately.
